Wall Area = Floor Sq Ft × 2.5; Paint Gal = Ceil((Wall Area × Scope Factor) ÷ 350 sq ft/gal)
1. Standard Wall Surface Area = Floor Sq Ft × 2.5 (assumes 8-ft ceilings and windows/doors deducted) 2. Repaint Factor: Full Repaint = 1.0; High-Traffic Touch-Up = 0.25; Trim/Doors = 0.15 3. Target Area = Wall Area × Repaint Factor 4. Paint Gallons (350 sq ft/gal coverage) = Ceil((Target Area × (1 + Waste %)) ÷ 350) 5. Lightweight Spackle (1/2 pt or 1 qt container) = 1 tub for nail holes and anchor patches 6. 4" Mini Microfiber Rollers = 2 for blending touch-up patches without leaving flash marks
